- Buyer is responsible in updating any changes in their shipping address on paypal and ebay account.
Return Policy
- We GUARANTEE an exchange or refund if product(s) is (are) DOA (Dead on Arrival). Preference will be given to exchange unless we are out of that particular product, we will then issue a full refund.
- Buyer has to notify us of DOA product(s) within 3 days of receiving the product(s).
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
- Contact our Customer Service at orocustservice@yahoo.com with purchase information (ie. Order number, date of purchase, etc.) and reason for return to obtain a RMA number.
- All correspondence regarding returns will be done through orocustservice@yahoo.com. It is the customer’s responsibility to vet through their e-mails to check for e-mails from this address.
- All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days upon issuance of the number.
- All shipping charges incurred for shipping the product back to us will be fully borne by the customer.
- NEVER return an item without prior authorization and a RMA number. We are not and will not be responsible for returns without RMA authorizations.
